This is the new KitKat Launcher compiled straight from AOSP. KitKat Launcher+ PRO focuses on clean and stable features that keep true to the stock KitKat experience.

NOTE :

• AOSP Launcher3 does not properly support Nexus 7 devices and other tablets as well. As soon as Google updates the AOSP code, changes will be done. Nexus 7 devices suffer from weird side effects like missing icons and not saving homescreen changes.

Device compatibility :

• This launcher may or may not work correctly depending on your device and Android version.
• Guaranteed to work on the Nexus 4 and 5.
• AOSP Launcher3 does not support tablets due to missing code for landscape orientation.

FAQ :

• The application icons on my device are not the same as on KitKat devices, what gives?
  
  • The icons do not come from the launcher, generally.
  • Some launcher might change the icons around but that is not what KitKat Launcher+ is about.
• Why am I missing the transparent lockscreen/status bar/buttons?
  
  • Transparency is dependent on your Android version.
  • If transparency is available KitKat Launcher+ will make use of it.
  • Guaranteed to work on Android 4.4.

Known issues :

• Icon size is locked in the drawer in landscape on tablets to prevent issues.
• Google Search Bar does not work as intended in landscape on tablets.
• On some devices the launcher just refuses to work.

• Revised icon resizing.

• Move delete target (X Remove) further to the top when Search bar is hidden.
